为解决大直径土压盾构在大粒径富水卵石、漂石土地层条件下刀盘刀具磨损严重、刀盘被卡、地表塌陷、渣土喷涌等工程难题,结合都四山地轨道交通项目DSZQ-1标永丰站—蒲阳站区间盾构隧道工程的施工情况,从盾构选型设计、超前地质预警处理、掘进参数选择、渣土改良、螺机防喷涌等方面进行研究,总结出都江堰地区大粒径富水卵石、漂石土地层大直径土压盾构掘进关键技术,为后续工程在此类地层施工提供了借鉴依据.
Key Large-diameter Earth-pressure Shield Tunneling Technology in Large-particle Water-rich Pebble-boulder Soil Stratum
In order to solve the engineering problems such as the serious wear of the cutter head,the cutter head jammed,the surface collapse and the muck gushing for the large-diameter earth pressure shield under the conditions of large-particle water-rich pebble-boulder soil stratum,combined with the construction situation of the shield tunneling project between Yongfeng Station and Puyang Station in Dusi Mountain Rail Transit Project DSZQ-1,the research is carried out from the aspects of shield selection and design,advanced geological early warning treatment,tunneling parameter selection,muck improvement and screw anti-surge.The key technology of large-diameter earth pressure shield tunneling in Dujiangyan Area with large-particle water-rich pebbles and boulder soil stratum is summarized,which provides a reference basis for the construction of subsequent construction in such stratum.
