摘要
复杂空间多段索异形塔斜拉桥的造型奇特、结构复杂,由于空间多段索的相互影响,施工阶段索力求解一直是该类桥梁设计施工的重难点,为了解决该问题,以随州市㵐水一桥的主桥为工程背景,结合基于差值法的正装迭代法,应用MIDAS Civil有限元分析软件,建立全桥施工阶段模型并计算分析.结果表明,运用基于差值法的正装迭代法计算的成桥索力值与设计索力值最大误差值为0.3%符合计算精度要求,且张拉过程中索力值均在设计范围内.
Abstract
The shape and structure of the complex spatial multi-segment cable special-shaped pylon cable-stayed bridge are peculiar and complex.Due to the interaction of spatial multi-segment cables,the calculation of cable force in the construction stage has always been the key and difficult points in the design and construction of such bridges.In order to solve this problem,taking the main bridge of Jueshui Bridge I in Suizhou City as the engineering background,combined with the positive iteration method based on the difference value method,the MIDAS Civil finite element analysis software is applied to establish the model of the whole bridge construction stage for its calculation and analysis.The results show that the maximum error between the cable force value of the completed bridge by using the positive iteration method based on the difference value method and the designed cable force value is 0.3%,which meets the calculation accuracy requirements.And the cable force value in the tensioning process is within the design range.
