摘要
根据《无锡市排水(污水)专项规划(2010-2020)》《无锡市城镇污水处理提质增效行动实施方案(2019-2021)》文件要求,无锡某污水处理厂处理规模需于2025年达到25万m3/d,即扩建3万m3/d.由于五期工程项目边界条件复杂,用地极其紧张,需对厂内现有处理构筑物进行计算分析并加以充分利用,因地制宜,在受限条件下进行挖潜改造.本工程建成投运至今,出水水质稳定达标.通过介绍污水处理工艺AAO+MBR及主要构筑物的设计思路及参数,总结工程特点,为其他类似工程提供借鉴.
Abstract
According to the requirements in Wuxi City Drainage(Sewage)Special Plan(2010-2020)and Wuxi City Town Sewage Treatment Quality and Efficiency Improvement Action Implementation Scheme(2019-2021),the treatment scale of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Wuxi needs to reach 250 000 m3/d in 2025,that is,an expansion of 30 000 m3/d.Due to the complex boundary conditions of the Phase V project and the extremely limited land use,it is necessary to calculate and analyze the existing treatment structures in the plant and make full use of these structures.The potential reconstruction is carried out under the limited conditions according to local conditions.Since the completion and operation of this project,the quality of the effluent has reached the standard steadily.By introducing the sewage treatment process AAO+MBR and the design ideas and parameters of the main structures,the engineering characteristics are summarized to provide the reference for the other similar projects.
