Key Technology of Construction Control of Dry-connected Bent Cap
The prefabricated assembly technology of viaduct is becoming more and more mature.Based on the principles of convenient construction,cost reduction and quality improvement,the thinking and attempts around the optimization of prefabricated assembly process have never stopped.The promotion of segmental bent caps effectively solves the problem of transportation and hoisting of overweight and large-size bent caps,while the application of dry connection technology further optimizes the hoisting and splicing procedures of segmental bent caps,which greatly improves the construction efficiency and reduces the cost of measures compared with the traditional wet connection technology.Based on the application of dry-connected bent cap in the new project of Shanghai S3 Highway(Zhoudeng Highway-G1503 Lianggang Avenue Interchange),the control essentials of dry-connected bent cap technology in the construction process are introduced and refined through the engineering practices.
