摘要

以连云港市大浦污水处理厂为例,提出现状梳理、问题分析、解决方案、组织实施的工作思路.基于"源-网-厂-河"系统思维,由河道-污水处理厂-泵站-管网-排水户逐级溯源,对各污水收集系统进行分析,重点探究低效能片区形成的原因,精准施策,达到区域污水集中收集处理率明显提高,且污染物削减率大幅提升的目的.

Abstract

Taking Lianyungang City Dapu Wastewater Treatment Plant as an example,the working ideas of current situation,problem analysis,solving scheme and organization implement are put forward.Based on the system thinking of"source-network-plant-river",the traceability is carried out from the river-WWTP-pumping station-pipeline network-drainage household step by step.Each collection system of sewage is analyzed.The causes in the low-efficiency areas are specially explored and the measures are adapted accurately in order to achieve the goal of significantly increasing the centralized collection and treatment rate of regional sewage and significantly increasing the pollutant reduction rate.
