Analysis on Application Effect of Bubble Light Soil in Backfilling behind Subgrade Abutment
Taking the bubble light soil as the research object,the application characteristics of bubble light soil in the backfilling behind the subgrade abutment are summarized.At the same time,the stress and deformation properties of the bubble light soil in the backfilling behind the subgrade abutment are studied and analyzed by means of the field monitoring data.The result shows that as the backfilling material,the bubble light soil can solve the bump at the bridge head very well.When the bearing capacity of the foundation is insufficient during the construction,the bubble light soil can be used as backfill material to reduce the foundation load,and the soil pressure behind the abutment is much larger than that at the abutment side.With the increase of time,the soil pressure behind the abutment and at the abutment side tends to be stable,and finally meets the demand of foundation bearing capacity.
