共振破碎技术在既有水泥混凝土路面改造中的应用

摘要
结合具体工程实例,针对目前水泥混凝土路面翻新改造工程,探讨了共振破碎技术原理,提出了路面共振破碎处理基本要求,并就水泥混凝土路面改造中共振破碎施工中的路面碎石化前预处理、破碎施工、碎石层碾压施工技术要点展开了详细的研究.试验路段测试结果表明,旧水泥混凝土路面使用共振破碎技术,路面结构的各项性能指标均符合相关标准的要求.本文所研究的共振破碎技术能够有效提升水泥路面的整体质量,可达到良好的施工效果.
Abstract
Combined with the specific engineering examples,aiming at the current renovating reconstruction engineering of cement concrete pavement,the principle of resonance crushing technology is discussed,and the basic requirements of resonance crushing treatment of pavement are proposed.And the key technical points of pre-treatment of pavement crushing,crushing construction and crushing construction of crushed stone layer in the resonance crushing construction of cement concrete pavement reconstruction are studied in detail.The test results of the test road section show that if the resonance crushing technology is applied in the old cement concrete pavement,various performance indexes of the pavement structure all meet the requirements of relevant standards.The studied resonance crushing technology can effectively improve the overall quality of the cement pavement and achieve the good construction effects.
