摘要
城市更新是新时期提升人居环境品质、推动城市高质量发展的重要战略举措.新型街道设计理念开始在中国受到关注.以特色街巷青岛路为例,分析了项目的建设背景,结合街道现状,剖析了街道的特点和典型问题.从历史文化保护、公共空间提质、基础设施优化等角度,介绍了历史风貌区特色街道改造经验,并提出了关于历史风貌区街道更新的展望.
Abstract
Urban renewal is an important strategic measure to improve the quality of living environment and promote the high-quality development of city in the new era.The design ideas of new street are beginning to gain traction in China.Taking Qingdao Road of featured street lanes as an example,the background of the project construction is analyzed.Combined with the present situation of the streets,the characteristics and typical problems of the street are analyzed.From the perspectives of historical cultural protection,public space improvement and infrastructure optimization,the experience of featured street reconstruction in the historic style area is introduced,and the thinking about the street renewal in the historical style areas.
