通过对某特大桥45 m+70 m+45 m变截面钢-混组合连续箱梁施工监控情况,论述了此种结构类型桥梁施工监控的内容、方法和步骤.运用Midas Civil软件模拟分析钢-混组合连续箱梁施工的受力和变形特点,得到施工各个阶段的的受力及变形状态,与实际工况予以比较分析,检验了计算模型和结果的可靠性.表明使用的理论模型较好地反映了桥梁结构的实际工作状态,施工监控方法达到了预期的效果.相关分析成果也可以作为同类桥梁结构施工控制分析的技术参考.
Analysis on Construction Supervision of Steel-concrete Composite Continuous Box Girder
Through the construction supervision of 45 m+70 m+45 m variable cross-section steel-concrete composite continuous box girder of a super-large bridge the contents,methods and steps in the construction supervision of this kind of structural bridge are discussed.Midas Civil software is used to simulate and analyze the stress and deformation characteristics in the construction of steel-concrete composite continuous box girder.The stress and deformation states of each stage in the construction are obtained.Analyzed and compared with the practical construction situation,the reliability of calculation model and result has been verified,which shows that the adopted theoretical model can better reflect the practical working state of bridge structure.The construction supervision method has reached the expected effect.The related analysis results can be also used as the technical reference for the analysis on the construction supervision of the similar bridge structures.
