Study on Construction Technology of Rubber Expansion Device Reducing Noise and Vibration
When the expansion joint of bridge is damaged,the incline and the pavement damage will be caused at the connection of expansion joint,which will lead to jump and noise of vehicle,and make the vehicle personnel feel uncomfortable,and even induce safety accidents.The expansion joint damage will cause the negative impact on the normal operation of road and bridge.The selection of suitable expansion joint is one of the main methods to lengthen the service life of expansion joint.Taking the reconstruction project of Linhai Highway(Outer Ring Interchange-Shangnan Road)as the research carrier,a new type of rubber expansion device reducing noise vibration is selected,and its construction technology including the cutting,installation,welding,concrete construction,maintenance and other processes is tested in order to lengthen the service life of expansion joints,reduce the vehicle traffic noise,bridgehead bump and other problems.
