高强冷铺沥青混合料室内试验对比研究

选取4种适用于不同工况的路面磨耗层混合料,通过室内试验对比分析了4种混合料抗压强度、抗永久变形、抗水损坏、抗疲劳破坏等工程特性;通过不同养生温度下的混合料试件劈裂强度、拉伸强度及动稳定度等指标,模拟了不同施工温度条件对环氧乳化沥青混合料路用性能的影响.试验结果表明:环氧乳化沥青混合料相比普通(改性)沥青混合料具备更好的工程性能和低温施工特性.
Comparative Study on Laboratory Test of High-strength Cold-paved Asphalt Mixture
Four types of asphalt mixture are selected for the different construction conditions of pavement wearing layer.The engineering characteristics of compressive strength,permanent deformation resistance,anti-water damage and fatigue failure resistance of these four mixtures are compared and analyzed through the laboratory tests.According to the splitting strength,tensile strength and dynamic stability indicators of mixture specimens under the different forming and curing temperatures,the effects of the different construction temperature conditions on the pavement performances of epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture are simulated.The experimental results indicate that the epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture has better engineering performance and low-temperature construction characteristics than the ordinary(modified)asphalt mixture.
