快拆定型装配式PVC模板在综合管廊中的应用研究

摘要
城市综合管廊、过水涵洞等生命线是城市基础建设的重要设施,常采用现浇混凝土结构.在施工过程中,模板工程是一个重要的施工环节,快拆型装配式PVC模板的应用可以极大提高舱体结构模板拆装速度、提升施工速率,并保证结构外观质量.以泰州市高港区地下综合管廊工程为例,介绍快拆型装配式PVC模板的应用,可为同类型的工程施工提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
The lifelines such as urban utility tunnel and water culverts are the important facilities for the construction of urban infrastructures,which are often the cast-in-place concrete structures.The formwork engineering is an important construction process.The application of quick dismantling prefabricated PVC formwork can greatly improve the dismantling speed of cabin structure formwork,improve the construction speed and ensure the appearance quality of the structure.Taking the underground utility tunnel project in Gaogang District of Taizhou City as an example,the application of quick dismantling prefabricated PVC formwork is introduced,which can provide the reference for the construction of similar projects.
