再生大骨料-自密实砂浆混凝土力学性能分析

为了研究再生骨料粒径、再生骨料强度和自密实砂浆强度对其力学性能的影响,运用ABAQUS对再生大骨料-自密实砂浆堆石混凝土试件单轴抗压试验进行细观模拟,对比了试验值、模拟值,并对模型的合理性进行验证.结果表明:以再生骨料粒径、再生骨料配制强度以及自密实砂浆配制强度为变量,采用二维正五边形的随机骨料模型进行单轴受压分析,研究上述三个因素对再生大骨料-自密实砂浆混凝土轴心抗压强度的影响,模拟结果与实验结果吻合度较好,进一步验证了细观模型的合理性.
Analysis on Mechanical Properties of Recycled Large Aggregate-Self-compacting Mortar Concrete
In order to study the effects of recycled aggregate particle size,recycled aggregate strength and self-compacting mortar strength on its mechanical properties ABAQUS is used to simulate the uniaxial compressive test of recycled large aggregate-self-compacting mortar rockfilled concrete specimens,compare the test values and simulation values,and verify the rationality of the model.The results show that the two-dimensional regular pentagonal random aggregate model is used for uniaxial compression analysis.The particle size of recycled aggregate,the strength of recycled aggregate preparation and the strength of self-compacting mortar preparation are used as variables to study the influence of the above three factors on the axial compressive strength of recycled large aggregate-self-compacting mortar concrete.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which further verifies the rationality of the mesoscopic model.
