综合管廊污水入廊分析及工程探究

现阶段我国管廊建设已成规模,并以给水管、中水管、电力和通信排管入廊的单舱支线管廊为主,少数建设有污水舱、雨水舱和燃气舱.由于重力雨水、污水管对高程、支管衔接和运维的要求较高,建设工程中雨污水入廊并线案例较少.以成都市玉虹路综合管廊为例,从工程总体和污水入廊方案分析,介绍综合管廊横断面、入廊管线、管廊平纵、典型节点设计,根据污水入廊方案介绍污水管材、接驳井、自动冲洗系统等针对性措施,总结污水入廊的基本条件,以期为类似管廊项目提供借鉴.
Analysis and Engineering Exploration of Sewage into Utility Tunnel
At present,the construction of utility tunnel has become a large scale in China.In the utility tunnel,the single-cabin branch utility tunnel of the water supply pipe,reclaimed water pipe,electric power pipe and communication pipe is mainly,and a few is constructed for the sewage cabin,rainwater cabin and gas cabin.Due to the high requirements of gravity rainwater and sewage pipes on the elevation,branch pipe connection,operation and maintenance,there are few cases of rainwater and sewage merging into utility tunnel in construction projects.Taking the utility tunnel in Yuhong Road in Chengdu as an example,by analyzing the overall situation and sewage into-tunnel scheme of the project,the cross section of utility tunnel,the pipelines into utility tunnel,the horizontal and vertical of the utility tunnel,and the design of typical joints are introduced.According to the sewage into-tunnel scheme,the targeted measures such as sewage pipe material,connecting well and automatic flushing systems are introduced,and the basic conditions of sewage into tunnel are summarized in order to provide the reference for similar utility tunnel projects.
