智慧高速省级路网平台建设研究

2018年以来,全国各地掀起了建设智慧高速公路热潮,浙江、上海等10多个省市陆续印发了智慧高速建设指南、导则等文件指导智慧高速建设,但目前出台的技术文件重点仅围绕单条高速公路的智慧化进行指导,对智慧高速省级路网平台应具备的功能分析较少.因此,基于智慧高速省级路网平台建设实际,以上海的高速公路管理业务为例进行业务分析,通过传统机电系统与智慧高速能力对比,提出省级路网平台所应提升的4个方面,据此提出省级路网平台的总体架构,并对照江苏等已建设智慧高速省级路网平台进行了建设模式、基础设施建设方案和核心功能建设等方面的方案研究.
Research on Construction of Smart Provincial Expressway Network Platform
Since 2018,there has been a surge in the construction of smart expressways in all parts of China.More than ten provinces and cities such as Zhejiang and Shanghai have successively issued the guidelines to guide the construction of smart expressways.However,the current technical documents issued mainly focus on the intelligence of single expressway,while there is little analysis on the capabilities that smart provincial expressway network platforms should have.Therefore,based on the actual construction of the smart provincial expressway network platform,taking the expressway management business in Shanghai as an example,by comparing the capabilities of traditional electromechanical system and smart expressway,four aspects that should be improved by the provincial expressway network platforms are put forward.According to this,the overall architecture of the provincial expressway network platforms is proposed.By referring the smart expressway network platform built in Jiangsu Province,the construction mode,infrastructure construction scheme and core function construction are studied,which provide the useful reference for the subsequent construction of smart provincial expressway network platforms.
