新城道路精细化建设管理导则研究——以上海市嘉定新城为例

摘要
近年来,上海市陆续推出街道设计、道路精细化管理、慢行交通规划设计等方面的导则,为道路向街道转型,由重视机动车通行向全面关注人的需求转变发挥了积极作用.在"新城发力"背景下,结合嘉定新城道路建设管理存在的问题和新城发展的要求,从全方式、全要素、全过程角度提出了新城道路精细化建设管理实施导则,为嘉定新城道路建设、整治工作指明了方向,同时也为其他郊区新城道路治理提供了宝贵经验.
Abstract
In recent years,the guidelines for street design,road refined management,slow transportation planning design and the others are successively issued in Shanghai,which has played a positive role in the transition from roads to streets,from focusing on motor vehicle traffic to comprehensively focusing on needs of the people.In the context of"New City Development",combined with the problems in road construction and management in Jiading New City and the requirements of new city development,the implementation guidelines for refined construction and management of new urban roads are proposed from the perspectives of all methods,all elements and all processes,which provides the clear direction for road construction and renovation work in Jiading New City,and also provides the valuable experience for the management of other suburban new urban roads.
