V型桥塔竖转转轴设计与受力性能研究

以宁波中兴大桥为背景,针对矮塔斜拉桥V型桥塔竖转施工转轴受力性能展开研究.转轴在桥塔转动过程中,受集中荷载效应较大,易产生破坏,威胁桥梁建造安全,V型桥塔对拉不同步转动受力性能更为复杂.建立桥塔竖转整体计算模型,分析集中荷载效应最不利施工状态;根据最不利施工状态建立竖转转轴局部分析模型,分析其局部受力性能.结果表明,V型桥塔在竖转施工过程中,转轴的强度和刚度均能满足安全要求.
Design of Vertically Rotary Shaft and Study of Stress Performance of V-type Bridge Pylon
Taking Ningbo Zhongxing Bridge as the background,the research on the stress performance of the rotary shaft during the vertically rotating construction of the V-type low-pylon cable-stayed bridge is carried out.In the process of vertically rotating construction,the rotary shaft withstands large concentrated load,which is easy to produce damage and threaten the safety of bridge construction.And the stress performance of V-type bridge pylon is even more complicated during the asymmetric rotating construction.The overall calculation model of the pylon during the vertically rotating construction is established to analyze the most unfavorable construction state of concentrated load effect According to the most unfavorable construction state,the partial analysis model of vertically rotary shaft is established to analyze its partial stress performance.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the rotary shafts can meet the safety requirements during the vertically rotating construction of the V-type pylon.
