摘要
通过梳理胜利河流域[1]现状防洪治涝工程基本情况,并采用文献查阅、实地勘察和调查走访等方式,分析现状流域防洪治涝调度体系存在的问题,论证防洪治涝规划标准,统筹考虑防洪工程建设"蓄泄兼筹"的治理原则,提出了与流域实际情况相结合的规划方案,为苏南地区小流域防洪治涝规划提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
By sorting out the basic situation of the current flood control and waterlogging drainage project in theShengli River Basin,and through the literature review,field investigation and survey visits,the existing problems in the current flood control and waterlogging drainage system in the basin are analyzed.The flood control and waterlogging drainage planning standards are demonstrated.The treatment principles of"storage and drainage"in flood control engineering construction are comprehensively considered.The planning scheme combined with the actual situation of the river basin is put forward,which provides reference for flood control and waterlogging drainage planning in small watersheds in southern Jiangsu.
