摘要

超宽混凝土桥面板是桥梁工程中的关键部位之一,其横向分块浇筑施工是提高桥面板质量的关键因素.结合一座宽61.7 m的超宽桥梁,采用MIDAS FEA有限元软件建立混凝土桥面板横向分块浇筑施工模型,分别对横向分2块浇筑、横向分4块由外向内浇筑、横向分6块由外向内浇筑、横向分6块先浇筑最外侧再浇筑最内侧最后浇筑中间块,4种施工方案进行计算对比,得到最佳施工方式为半幅横向分4块由外向内浇筑,与实际现场施工时采用的施工方法一致.

Abstract

Super-wide concrete bridge deck is one of the key parts in bridge engineering,and its transverse block pouring construction is the key factor to improve the quality of bridge deck.Combined with a super-wide bridge with a width of 61.7 m,Midas FEA finite element software is used to establish the transverse block pouring construction model of the concrete bridge deck.Four construction schemes of transverse 2-block pouring,transverse 4-block pouring from outside to inside,transverse 6-block pouring from outside to inside,and transverse 6-block pouring firstly from the most outside,then to the most inside and finally to the middle block are calculated and compared respectively.The best construction method achieved is the half-width transverse 4-block pouring from outside to inside,which is consistent with the construction method adopted in the actual site construction.
