隧道掘进机泡沫添加剂发泡效果的试验研究

摘要
泡沫添加剂作为隧道掘进机施工中重要的土体改良剂,其系统组成、发泡效果在很大程度上影响着实际施工,尤其是在较为复杂的地层中.针对隧道掘进机泡沫添加剂系统中出现的发泡效果不佳等问题,研制并搭建试验平台,通过模拟设置掘进机实际施工参数,探索对比测试影响泡沫发泡喷射效果的诸如不同发泡倍率等6种因素,为泡沫系统的设计开发提供试验数据.
Abstract
As an important soil conditioner in tunnel boring machine(TBM)construction,the system composition and foaming effect of the foam additive affect the actual construction to a large extent,especially in more complex strata.Aiming at the problems such as poor foaming effect in the foam additive system of TBM,a test platform is developed and built.By simulating the actual construction parameters of TMB,six factors,such as different foaming ratios that affect the foam foaming and spraying effects,are explored,compared and tested,which provides the test data for the design and development of the foam system.
