General Design and Key Technologies of Huanggang Road Yellow River Tunnel in Jinan
Huanggang Road Tunnel in Jinan is the largest shield tunnel in diameter under construction in China now,which will cross Yellow River by suspending on the ground.Combined with the high requirements for suspended river protection,long shield tunneling distance,large bearing water pressure,large excavation section,deep working shaft,and high protection requirements for buildings,structures and environment,the general design scheme of the tunnel is comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of tunnel function location,the technical standard selection for tunnel special for the urban passenger traffic,the plane and vertical section design of tunnel,the cross section layout of tunnel,and the two-bank connection.The solution for key technical problems are introduced,which has a significant reference for improving the construction level of urban passenger traffic tunnel,large-scale underwater shield tunnel and tunnel crossing Yellow River.
