随着城市轨道交通网络的逐渐完善,城市核心区轨道交通地下车站建设与周围环境之间的矛盾异常突出,亟需探索新的保安全、少搬迁、轻影响的施工方法,为极复杂环境下地下车站施工提供技术储备.以福州市城市轨道交通4号线一期工程凤凰池站4号出入口过街通道,金牛山站2号、3号出入口过街通道、省立医院站—东门站(原塔头站)区间工程为实例,探索顶管法在城市中心轨道交通施工中的应用.详细介绍了三个过街通道和一个渡线段工程的周边环境、工法比选、施工重难点、周边环境保护措施,经工程实践,该工程达到了减小占用场地、降低施工对城市环境影响,并控制地面和管线变形的施工要求,实现了绿色、环保、安全的目标.
Application of Pipe Jacking Method in Construction of Urban Central Rail Transit
With the gradual perfection of urban rail transit network,the contradiction between the construction of underground station in the urban central rail transit and the surrounding environment is extremely prominent.It is desiderate to explore the new construction method of ensuring safety,less removal and little influence for providing the technical reserve of underground station construction in the more complex environment.Taking the projects of Fenghuangchi Station No.4 Entrance and Exit Street Crossing,Jinniushan Station No.2 and No.3 Entrance and Exit Street Crossings,and Provincial Hospital Station-Dongmen Station(formerly Tatou Station)as the examples,the application of pipe jacking method in the construction of urban central rail transit is explored.The surrounding environments,construction method selections,construction difficulties and surrounding environment protective measures of three street crossings and one crossing section project are introduced in detail.After the engineering practice,this project attains the requirements of reducing the construction site,reducing the influence on the urban environment and controlling the deformations of the ground and pipeline,which achieves the goal of green,environment protection and safety.
