Application of Intelligent Synchronous Piercing Jack in Sliding Support
The foundation pit of a certain subway station successfully completed a sliding support sliding using an intelligent synchronous through the center jack.The sliding speed exceeded that of the previous generation products using winches,greatly reducing the unsupported exposure time of the foundation pit and more effectively controlling the deformation of the foundation pit.More importantly,the intelligent control system of the jack was used to achieve an overall synchronous sliding of four lifting points,and the overall inclination met the requirements.The article provides a detailed introduction to the composition of the lifting system,the principle and working process of the synchronous system,the arrangement of the through center jack,and the lifting process,providing reference for the sliding rapid support lifting.
