摘要
近年来全国各地道路地面塌陷事故频发,造成了严重的经济损失与人员伤亡,已成为影响城市公共安全问题的焦点.结合收集2003-2020年期间上海市道路地面塌陷数据,通过系统统计分析城市道路地面塌陷主要成因,评估不同因素对地面塌陷风险的影响程度,并结合实际案例和最新技术进展,为城市道路地面塌陷风险防控提供建议对策和管控技术措施,研究工作可为上海超大城市道路地面塌陷精细治理防控提供理论支持和实践支持,指导提高城市道路基础设施韧性安全水平.
Abstract
In recent years,frequent road surface collapse incidents have occurred nationwide,causing the significant economic losses and casualties,which has become a focal point in urban public safety concerns.Combined with the collected data of road surface collapses in Shanghai from 2003 to 2020,and through the system statistical analysis on the main causes of urban road surface collapse,the impact degree of different factors on the road surface collapse risk is evaluated.Combined with the actual cases and the latest technological progress,the countermeasures and control measures for preventing and controlling the risk of urban road surface collapses are put forward.This research can provide the theoretical and practical supports for the precise management and prevention of road surface collapses in Shanghai,and guide the improvement of the resilience and safety of urban road infrastructure.
