大型天桥排水低吸热沥青桥面铺装设计研究

基于施工机械小型化、新型沥青材料的发展,施工工艺得到充分改善,沥青混合料施工性能大幅改善,为天桥沥青桥面铺装的发展打下基础.依托某空中连廊工程,充分考虑现有沥青施工工艺的基础上,结合遮热材料、OGFC排水沥青、温拌剂技术等,设计了具有降温、排水、景观美化等特殊功能的沥青桥面铺装.该桥面铺装充分考虑防、排水设计,可保护铺装下方桥梁钢结构.经过工程验证施工可行,耐久性较好,用户体验感得到大幅提升,具有雨天不积水、夏季明显降温的功能.
Study on Design of Asphalt Bridge Deck Pavement with Drainage and Low Heat Absorption for Large Overpass
Based on the miniaturization of construction machinery and the development of new asphalt materials,the construction technology has been fully improved,and the construction performance of asphalt mixture has been greatly improved,which lays a foundation for the development of overpass asphalt deck pavement.Relying on an air corridor project,on the basis of fully considering the existing asphalt construction technology,and combined with the heat shielding materials,OGFC drainage asphalt,warm mix technology,etc.,the asphalt bridge deck pavement with the cooling,drainage,landscaping and other special functions is designed.The waterproof and drainage design are fully considered for this bridge deck pavement,which can protect the steel bridge structure below the pavement.After engineering verification,the construction is feasible,the durability is good,the user experience has been greatly improved,and it has the functions of no water accumulation in rainy days and the obvious cooling in summer.
