某超大城市雨污混接综合治理现状分析及对策

超大城市人口密集、管网密度高,雨污混接管理尤为复杂.以某超大城市为例,自2015年起,通过一系列雨污混接整治行动,河道水质和污水收集处理效率已有显著成效.然而,在整治过程中,管道检测和管理等方面仍存在诸多难点.为进一步提升治理成效,提出了技术方法和制度方法的综合施策,旨在系统性地解决雨污混接问题,提升超大城市排水系统管理效能.
Analysis and Countermeasures of Comprehensive Treatment of Rainwater and Sewage Mixing in a Large City
Megacities are densely populated and have high pipe network density,and the management of rainwater and sewage mixing is particularly complex.In the case of a megacity,since 2015,a series of rainwater and sewage mixing treatment actions have been carried out to achieve the remarkable results in river water quality and sewage collection and treatment efficiency.However,in the process of treatment,there are still many difficulties in pipeline inspection and management.In order to further improve the effectiveness of treatment,a comprehensive policy of technical and institutional methods is put forward,aiming to systematically solve the problem of rainwater and sewage mixing and improve the management efficiency of drainage system in megacities.
