中心城区道路新建工程施工管理难点及对策

摘要
围绕中心城区土建工地内道路新建工程的施工管理难点展开,面对工期紧,施工难度大,重点阐述了在参建单位众多的有限地块内开展施工管理,经过周密的统筹策划,采用动态管理方法,多方组织协调土建单位、管线单位、交警部门、地铁监护单位、周边企事业单位,积极推进施工进度的解决措施,最终顺利完工,给今后此类型工程施工管理提供参考依据.
Abstract
Aiming at the construction management difficulties of new road projects within the civil engineering site of central urban area,and facing the limited construction period and large construction difficulties,the construction management within the limited plots of many participating units is special set forth.Through the careful overall planning,the dynamic management methods are used to organize and coordinate the civil engineering units,pipeline units,traffic police departments,subway monitoring units,surrounding enterprises and institutions for actively promoting the solution measures of construction progress.Finally the projects are successfully completed,which provides reference for the construction management of similar projects in the future.
