盾构下穿施工参数控制影响分析

轨交5号线在一个特定的地区,从秀灵路站出发到达明秀路站的区段中,采用了盾构机穿越正在运营的轨交2号线,其垂直净空最小高度范围在2.05~2.10 m.通过室内模拟试验对实际施工参数进行优化分析,对比研究不同推进速度下的盾构隧道位移变化规律、不同推力下的盾构隧道附加内力变化规律、不同泥水压力下的盾构隧道位移变化规律和不同刀盘转速下的盾构隧道位移变化规律.结合现场施工反馈的监测数据变化情况,研究表明:通过相似试验,采用控制变量法优化掘进参数,技术方面是可行的,为下穿既有线工程,合理选用盾构机推进速度、顶推力、泥水压力、刀盘转速,保证既有隧道的运营安全提供更多参考.
Analysis on Construction Parameter Control Influence of Shield Tunneling
Metro Line 5 is in a specific area,starting from Xiuling Road Station to Mingxiu Road Station.The shield tunneling machine is used to cross the operational Metro Line 2.Its minimum vertical clearance height ranges from 2.05 m to 2.10 m.The laboratory simulation experiments are conducted to optimize and analyze the actual construction parameters.The displacement change rule of shield tunnel at the different tunneling speeds,the additional internal force change rule of shield tunnel under different thrusts,the displacement change rule of the shield under different slurry pressures and the displacement change rule of the shield tunnel at different cutterhead rotating speeds are compared and studied.By combining the monitoring data feedback from the construction site,the study shows that it is technically feasible to optimize the tunneling parameters by using the control variable method.For the underpassing of existing lines,the rational selection of the tunneling speed,jacking force,slurry pressure and cutterhead rotating speed of the shield tunneling machine is crucial in ensuring the operational safety of existing tunnels and providing more references.
