摘要

针对上海机场联络线深埋管片所处的高水压环境,考虑接缝错台与张开量、使用年限内的应力松弛等因素,提出防水密封垫的耐水压设计指标,同时提出密封垫的闭合压缩力指标.根据国内相关工程试验和研究,优选两组密封垫断面开展耐水压试验及装配力试验以确定深埋段使用的密封垫断面;对接缝结构构造等进行优化设计,为类似工程提供参考.

Abstract

Aiming at the deeply buried segments of connecting line of Shanghai Airport located in the high water pressure environment,considering the factors of joint offset and opening amount,and stress relaxation within the service life period,the designed water pressure resistance index of waterproof sealing gasket is proposed,and also the closed compressing force index of the sealing gasket is put forward.Based on the relevant engineering research and test results in China,two sets of sealing gasket sections are selected to conduct the water pressure resistance test and assembly force test in order to determine the section of sealing gasket used in the deeply buried section.The design of joint structure is optimized,which provides the reference for the similar projects.
