新太平桥主桥采用两跨连续不对称独塔自锚式悬索桥,跨径布置为112+72=184 m.简要介绍了新太平桥项目概况、美学设计理念、总体布置与结构设计、项目特点、技术难点及解决方法等.采用等梁高主缆锚固区设计,简化了锚固结构;采用一系列新材料、新工艺和新技术,延长了本桥耐久性,降低了养护工作量和成本;采用预应力承台解决了地铁盾构共线问题.设计方案为同类桥型的设计提供参考.
General Design and Technological Innovation of Self-anchored Suspension Bridge for New Taiping Bridge in Shang-hai Pudong
The main bridge of the new Taiping Bridge is a double-span continuous asymmetric single-pylon self-anchored suspension bridge.Its span layout is 112 m+72 m=184 m.The overview,aesthetic design concept,overall layout and structural design,project characteristics,technical difficulties,and solutions of the New Taiping Bridge Project are briefly introduced.The equal beam height design of main cable anchorage zone is used for this bridge.The anchorage structure is simplified.A series of new materials,new processes and new technologies are used to lengthen the durability of this bridge and reduce the maintenance workload and cost.The prestressed base slab is used to solve the collinearity problem of subway shield.The design scheme can provide the reference for the design of similar bridges.
