摘要
"千里海塘"是上海抵御风暴潮灾害的第一道防线,经认定为"险段"的海塘应立即开展应急抢险和设施修复.鉴于上海海塘结构的特殊性,开展海塘应急抢险技术研究具有现实需求.基于对海塘抢险案例的调研与总结,针对海塘临海侧险情的应急抢险技术展开研究,提出前沿滩地冲刷、保滩工程坍塌、护脚结构大范围损坏、外坡结构大范围损坏等不同部位主要险情的修复方案,可为上海市海塘应急抢险工作提供参考.
Abstract
The thousand-mile sea dike is the first line of defense against storm surge disasters in Shanghai,and the sea dike identified as a dangerous section should immediately carry out emergency rescue and facility repair.In view of the particularity of the sea dike structure in Shanghai,it is necessary to carry out the research on sea dike emergency rescue technology.Based on the investigation and summary of sea dike emergency rescue cases,this paper studies the emergency rescue technology for sea dike near the sea,and puts forward the repair schemes for different dangerous parts such as front beach,beach protection works,toe protection structure and outer slope structure,which can provide reference for sea dike emergency rescue work in Shanghai.
