永宁大桥水域承台钢吊箱施工技术研究

考虑温州飞云江的水文地质等自然因素,对温州市永宁大桥Z02#-Z08#墩承台施工技术进行研究,将单壁钢吊箱用作承台施工的阻水结构.针对钢吊箱进行结构设计,结合现场施工中钢吊箱拼装精度高、下放安装精度高、施工安全风险高、环境恶劣等因素,形成一套整体下放并可拆卸循环利用的承台钢吊箱施工系统,加快了工程施工进度、降低工程施工成本.对于今后桥梁工程水域承台施工作业具有一定借鉴意义.
Study on Construction Technology of Steel Suspension Box for Base Slab of Yongning Bridge
By considering the hydrogeological and other natural factors of Feiyun River in Wenzhou,the construction technology of base slab for Z02#~Z08# piers of Yongning Bridge in Wenzhou is studied.The single-wall steel suspension box is sued as the water blocking structure for the construction of base slab.The structural design is carried out for the steel suspension box.Combined with factors of high precision of steel suspension box assembly,lowering and installation during on-site construction,high construction safety risks,and harsh environment,a complete set of lowering,detachable and recyclable steel suspension box construction system for base slab is formed,which accelerates the construction progress and reduces the construction costs,and has a certain reference significance for the construction of water base slab of bridge engineering in the future.
