某桥主梁开裂后荷载试验评估与维修

根据实桥荷载试验检测数据,基于刚度退化有限元模型,研究不同损伤程度对先简支后连续预应力小箱梁开裂对刚度的影响.借助刚度退化模型分析病害跨主梁开裂和承载力下降主要原因,对承载力进行评估.针对性提出主动压重、水泥基渗透结晶材料修复裂缝及预应力管道注浆重黏结等综合技术维修措施.主梁加固后长期通行设计荷载,多年定期监测观察无裂缝发展和其他异常,主梁耐久性和承载力恢复,维修处理方法对类似工程维修处置有参考意义.
Evaluation and Maintenance of Load Test for Cracked Main Girder of a Bridge
Based on the test data of bridge load,and according to the finite element model of rigidity degeneration,the influence of different damage degree on the stiffness of simple-supported continuous prestressed small-box girder cracking is studied.Based on the rigidity degeneration model,the main causes of cracking and bearing capacity decline of the damaged span girder are analyzed,and the bearing capacity is evaluated.Comprehensive technical maintenance measures such as active weights,cementitious infiltrative crystalline material for crack repair,and prestressed pipe grouting heavy bonding are put forward.For the long-term design traffic load after girder reinforcement,the regular monitoring and observation for many years have no crack development and other anomalies,and the durability and bearing capacity of the main girder are recovered.The maintenance treatment method has reference significance for the maintenance treatment of the similar projects.
