适用于固化渣土路基的智能压实技术应用研究

固化工程渣土是不良土体资源化利用的有效手段.为保障固化渣土的压实质量控制效果,针对传统压实检测手段时效性差而固化渣土路基实时性需求高的问题,依托某主干道路,开展固化渣土路基的智能压实应用实践,建立路基动态变形模量Evd与智能压实指标的相关关系.结果表明,智能压实指标CMV、CCV、Evib相关系数高于0.7,均适用于固化渣土路基的压实控制;Evib与路基动态变形模量Evd的相关系数可达0.844,为优选智能压实指标;试验段的压实程度与压实均匀性良好.
Research on Application of Intelligent Compaction Technology for Solidified Slag Soil Subgrade
Solidification of engineering slag soil is an effective approach for the on-site utilization of poor soil resources.In order to ensure the quality control effect of compaction for solidified slag soil,aiming at the poor timeliness of traditional compaction testing methods and the high demand for real-time performance of solidified slag soil subgrade,and relying on a trunk road,an application practice of intelligent compaction for solidified slag soil subgrades is carried out.The correlativity between the subgrade dynamic deformation modulus Evd and the intelligent compaction indicators is established.The results indicate that intelligent compaction indicators of CMV,CCV,Evib and correlation coefficients are higher than 0.7,which are applicable for compaction control of solidified slag soil subgrades.The correlation coefficient between Evib and dynamic deformation modulus Evd of subgrade can reach 0.844,which is a preferred intelligent compaction indicator.The compaction degree and uniformity in the test section are all good.
