钢梁桥在我国高速公路建设中已获得一定应用,结构上通常采用钢箱梁/工字钢与混凝土桥面板组合形式.因该类桥型发展较晚,其设计必须考虑的冲击系数取值尚无合适依据.为此,针对延崇高速某钢-混组合工字简支梁桥进行了脉动试验和跑车试验,同时利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了车桥耦合振动分析模型并用实桥试验验证了其正确性.在此基础上,建立了钢-混组合箱梁桥、钢-混组合工字梁桥、预应力混凝土(小)箱梁桥和预应力混凝土T梁桥共4座具有相同跨径、相同设计荷载和相近桥宽的简支梁桥模型,通过车桥耦合振动分析,对比了不同路面不平度和车速参数对4座简支梁桥冲击系数的影响,同时与我国规范给出的与频率相关的冲击系数进行了比较.研究表明:预应力混凝土T梁桥表现出较大的冲击系数,而其余3座简支梁桥的冲击系数具有较好的一致性;在较高等级路面不平度下,采用现行规范计算钢-混组合简支梁桥的冲击系数合适.
Experimental and Theoretical Study on Impact Factor of Steel-concrete Composite Simple-supported Girder Bridge
The steel girder bridge has been commonly applied in the construction of expressways in China.The composite type of steel box girders/I-girder and concrete bridge deck is usually used for the structure.Because of the delayed development of this bridge type,there is no suitable basis for the impact factor which must be considered in its design.Therefore,the pulsation and vehicle tests are conducted on a steel-concrete composite I-girder simple-supported girder bridge in Yanchong Expressway.The vehicle-bridge coupled vibration analysis model is established by using the ABAQUS finite element software,and its accuracy is verified through the actual bridge tests.Based on this,four models of simple-supported girder bridges with the identical spans,design loads,and similar bridge widths are established for steel-concrete composite box girder bridge,steel-concrete composite I-beam bridge,prestressed concrete(small)box girder bridge and prestressed concrete T-girder bridge.Through the vehicle-bridge coupled vibration analysis,the effects of varying pavement roughness and vehicle speed on the impact factors of four simple-supported girder bridges are compared,and at the same time,compared with the impact factors related to frequency given by Chinese standards.The research reveals that the prestressed concrete T-beam bridge shows the higher impact factors,and the impact factors of the other three simple-supported girder bridges have the good consistency.It is suitable to utilize the existing specifications for calculating the impact factors of steel-concrete composite simple-supported girder bridges at a higher level of pavement roughness.
