摘要

针对地区雨水排水系统的提标改造及控制地表径流污染,结合上海市某雨水泵站及初雨调蓄池工程的设计案例,介绍雨水泵站及初雨调蓄池的工艺流程、设计规模、设计方案、运行工况等要点.结合泵站选址条件和城市规划要求,提出泵站、初雨调蓄池一体化集约布置的设计方案,以及封闭空间开放管理的运行理念,力求经济合理地利用土地,提高土地综合利用价值,同时满足城市空间环境景观与功能形态相一致的要求.

Abstract

In response to the upgrading reconstruction of regional rainwater drainage system and the control of surface runoff pollution,combined with the engineering design case of rainwater pumping station and initial rainwater storage tank in Shanghai,the process flow,design scale,design scheme,operating conditions and other key points of this project are introduced.Based on the site conditions of the pumping station and the urban planning requirements,a design scheme for integrated and intensive layout of the pumping station and initial rainwater storage tank is proposed.The operation concept of open management of enclosure space strives to economically and reasonably utilize the land,improve the comprehensive utilization value of land,and also meet the requirements that the urban space environment landscape is consistent with the functional form.
