摘要
研究了SWOT分析法在市政工程招投标阶段造价管理中的作用及其应用情况.首先阐述了市政工程招投标阶段造价管理的特点,如不确定性高、时间压力大等;接着阐述市政工程招投标阶段造价管理风险识别与分析方法,如定性分析法、专家评估法、比对分析法、SWOT分析法等;随后简单陈述了市政工程招投标阶段造价管理SWOT分析的涉及内容及其在招投标阶段造价管理中的作用;最后,通过实际案例分析,验证了SWOT分析在在招投标阶段造价管理中可行性及有效性.
Abstract
The role and application of SWOT analysis method in cost management of municipal engineer-ing bidding stage are studied.Firstly,the characteristics of cost management in the municipal engineering bidding stage are expounded,including high uncertainty and high time pressure.Then,the risk identifi-cation and analysis methods of cost management in the municipal engineering bidding stage are set forth,such as qualitative analysis method,expert evaluation method,comparative analysis method and SWOT analysis method.Subsequently,the content involved in SWOT analysis of cost management in the municipal engineering bidding stage and its role in the cost management in the bidding stage are briefly described.Finally,through the actual case analysis,the feasibility and effectiveness of SWOT analysis in cost management in the bidding stage are verified.
