摘要
介绍了国内外绿色、低碳、智能道路交通发展的新动态.对目前我国全面进入高铁时代、新能源汽车快速发展,以及高速公路及城市道路迎来智能化改造高峰的发展状况进行了阐述.最后,对智慧道路交通的定义、等级、技术构架、建设内容等提出了初步建议.
Abstract
The new situation of green,low-carbon and smart road traffic development at home and abroad is introduced.The development state of fully entering the era of high-speed rail,rapidly developing the new energy vehicles,and expressway and urban highway ushering in the peak of intelligent reconstruction in China now is expounded.The preliminary advice for the definition,grade,technical framework and construction content of smart road traffic is proposed.
