Research on Emergency Traffic Organization in Island Tourism Peak Period for Zhoushan
Zhoushan is a typical island tourism city.With the rapid development of tourism industry in Zhoushan and the influence of the toll free policy of expressways during holidays,the traffic congestion during the tourist peak in Zhoushan has become normal.By analyzing the traffic characteristics during peak periods,the main problems are the obvious traffic tide phenomenon,significant overlapping effect of bottleneck sections and node congestion,insufficient information service guidance,insufficient quantified traffic organization,etc.The optimization scheme of traffic organization during the tourist peak is proposed from the aspects of increasing traffic supply exploring the capacity of existing traffic facilities,optimizing the road diversion,formulating the traffic organization for passenger gathering,distribution and congestion nodes,and perfecting the management mechanism in order to ease traffic congestion,which provides reference for emergency traffic organization of similar island cities during peak.
