等截面连续宽箱梁桥横梁模型研究

预应力混凝土宽幅连续箱梁桥外形美观,整体受力性能好,行车舒适性高,在工程建设领域应用较为广泛.为了对宽箱梁桥的横梁进行合理的钢束设计,以台州湾循环经济产业集聚区路桥桐屿至椒江滨海公路工程37 m+37 m+37 m+37 m等截面连续箱梁桥为工程案例,采用有限元分析软件MIDAS FEA NX2022建立相关的实体模型,提取单箱多室连续梁横梁各道腹板的荷载分配比例,研究了宽箱梁腹板的受力特点,得出了单箱多室宽横梁恒载工况下边腹板受力小于中腹板、支座间距以及横梁与纵梁的相对刚度对箱梁腹板内力分配有影响的结论,为今后的同类工程设计提供了一定的借鉴.
Study on Beam Model of Continuous Wide Box Girder Bridge with Constant Section
With the beautiful appearance,good overall mechanical performance and high driving comfort,the prestressed concrete wide continuous box girder bridge has been widely used in engineering construction.In order to carry out the reasonable steel beam design for the beam of a wide box girder bridge,taking the 37 m+37 m+37 m+37 m+37 m constant-section continuous box girder bridge of Tongyu to Jiaojiang Binhai Highway project in Taizhou Bay Circular Economy Industrial Cluster Area as an engineering case,the relevant solid model is established by.using the finite element analysis software MIDAS FEA NX2022,and the load distribution ratio of each web of a single-box multi-chamber continuous beam is extracted to study the stress features of wide box girder web.The conclusion is that the stress of the edge web of a single-box multi-chamber wide beam under the constant load condition is smaller than that of the middle web.And the space between the supports and the relative stiffness of crossbeam and longitudinal beam has an effect on the internal force distribution of the box girder web,which provides some reference for the design of similar projects in the future.
