上跨铁路既有旧桥防撞护栏更换设计研究

随着公路、铁路行业规范及标准的不断更新,早期建造的公路上跨铁路桥防撞护栏已不满足现行交通环境下的防护需求,需要对其进行改造升级.根据现行规范及标准要求,上跨重要铁路的公路桥单层防撞护栏等级已提高至不小于HA级.为保证既有铁路的安全,必须选用耐久性较好的防护屏并在施工防撞护栏过程中考虑挂篮防护设计.因既有旧桥设计技术标准相比现有规范要求较低,在对公路上跨铁路桥防撞护栏进行更换设计时,考虑既有公路桥桥面板与防撞护栏适配性尤为重要.以天津市某上跨铁路既有旧桥防撞护栏更换设计为例,探讨现行规范实施后防撞护栏更换设计的计算方法及原则,为涉铁路外工程提供参考.
Research on Replacement Design of Anti-collision Guardrail of Old Bridge Spanning Railway
With the continuous renewal of highway and railway industry norms and standards,the anti-collision guardrail of early built highway bridge spanning railway cannot meet the current traffic protection needs,which needs to be reconstructed and upgraded.According to the current norms and standards,the grade of the single-layer anti-collision guardrail of the highway bridge spanning the important existing railway has been increased to not less than HA level.In order to ensure the safety of existing railway,it is necessary to set up a durable protective screen and consider the protection design of form traveler during the construction of anti-collision guardrail.Due to the lower requirements of the design technical standards of the old bridge compared with the existing specifications,it is particularly important to consider the compatibility of the deck slab and the anti-collision guardrail of the existing highway bridge when anti-collision guardrail of the highway bridge spanning railway is designed to replace.Taking the replacement design of anti-collision guardrail of an old bridge spanning the existing railway in Tianjin as an example,the calculation method and principle of the replacement design of anti-collision guardrail after the implementation of the current standards are discussed,which can provide reference for similar railway-related projects.
