Exploration of Design and Construction Integration in Xujiahui Space Corridor Phase Ⅱ EPC Project
Urban renewal projects are increasing with the development of the economy and society.The Xujiahui Space Corridor Project is a typical urban renewal project,which builds a linkage among various commercial entities and improves the commercial energy level of the business district.The project has the characteristics of complex field conditions,high implementation difficulty and high landscape requirements.The focus is on the introduction of the design scheme and the implementation experience integrating the design and construction of the Xujiahui Space Corridor Phase Ⅱ project.The BIM technology is used for integrated management of design and construction.The innovative use of integrated assembly construction technology of structure and decoration can reduce the safety risks,improve the installation quality,and shorten the construction period which provides the practical experience for similar projects.
