Application of Integrated Steel Casing Device in Construction of Bridge Implanting Piles
The application of embedded drilling device of steel casing of rotary excavator in the construction of bridge implanting piles is studied.It is mainly composed of conversion equipment and steel casing installed on the drill pipe,and the steel casing is buried and pulled out through the forward and reverse rotation of the rotary excavator driving device.In the pile foundation project of Anhui Hefei-Zongyang Expressway,this equipment has successfully solved the problems of insufficient burial depth and collapse of the casing during the construction of rotary drilling and pile implanting,which improves the construction efficiency and quality,and reduces the construction costs.The research results indicate that the integrated device for burying and drilling steel casing of rotary excavator has strong adaptability and can be used under different geological conditions.
