L形肋桥面板单元-上隔板组装制造工艺研究

张靖皋长江大桥南航道桥采用桥跨为2 300 m+717 m的双塔双跨钢箱梁悬索桥,北航道桥采用主跨1 208 m双塔单跨钢箱梁悬索桥;钢箱梁桥面板单元预采用纵向L形肋-苹果形孔槽口的正交异性钢桥面板构造.为了满足上隔板槽口与L形加劲肋间的组装间隙要求,提出了钢箱梁桥面纵向L形肋板单元与苹果形孔槽口上隔板组装制造工艺,以期为类似板单元与隔板组装提供参考.
Research of L-shaped Ribbed Bridge Deck Element-Upper Partition Assembled Manufacturing Process
The south navigation bridge of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge is a double-pylon double-span(2 300 m+717 m)steel box girder suspension bridge.Its north navigation bridge is a double-pylon single-span(1 208 m)steel box girder suspension bridge.The steel box girder bridge deck element is pre-constructed with orthogonal steel deck slab with longitudinal L-ribs and apple-shaped holes.In order to meet the assembly clearance requirements between the upper partition groove and L-shaped stiffening rib,a manufacturing process for assembling the longitudinal L-rib plate element of the steel box girder bridge deck and the upper partition of the apple-shaped hole groove is proposed,which provides the reference for the assembly of similar plate units and partitions.
