摘要
无纤维SMA混合料在国内应用较少,相比常规SMA混合料,其力学特性和耐久性如何一直困扰着工程技术人员.通过旋转压实测试、汉堡车辙测试、间接拉伸开裂测试、沥青罩面开裂测试,对2种SMA混合料的施工工作性、高温稳定性、常温抗开裂性等性能进行研究.结果表明:无纤维SMA混合料具有良好的抵抗高温形变的能力;与常规SMA混合料相比,其施工温度可降低20~30 ℃且更易于压实,抗裂性能也较优.
Abstract
Fiber-free SMA mixture is rarely used in China.Compared with the conventional SMA mixture,its mechanical properties and durability have been puzzling the engineering technicians.The gyratory compaction test,Hamburg wheel tracking test,indirect tensile cracking test and asphalt overlay cracking test are used to study the construction workability,high-temperature stability and normal-temperature cracking resistance of 2 SMA mixtures.The results show that the fiber-free SMA mixture has the good ability to resist the high-temperature deformation.Compared with the conventional SMA mixture,its construction temperature can be reduced by 20~30℃,and it is easier to be compacted.And its cracking resistance is also good.
