Research on Curing Effect of Inorganic and Organic Concrete Curing Agents
In order to study the curing effects of inorganic and organic concrete curing agents,a permeated inorganic modified water glass curing agent and a film-forming organic modified acrylic curing agents commonly commercially available are selected to compare the different curing conditions for obtaining the test results. The research results show that the above curing agents have the insufficient performance on crack resistance of concrete. The crack control of the segments cured by the modified acrylic composite curing agent is more concentrated. And the influence on the local components is small. The concrete strength increases with the age,but the frequent watering is not beneficial to the surface film forming. The aqueous curing agent has the higher environmental requirements, and its moisture is easy lost, which is not beneficial to the hydration reaction. The internal void of concrete will affect the hydration reaction and lime carbonate generation. This conclusion provides a reference for the selection of external curing agents for concrete components in the future.
