Application of High-toughness Ultra-thin Wearing Course on Expressway Ramp Bridge
The high-toughness ultra-thin wearing course technology based on synchronous paving technology has the technical characteristics of thin structure layer,crack resistance and durability,high construction efficiency,safety and aesthetics.The basic principle,technical index system and construction control points of the high-toughness ultra-thin wearing course technology with thickness of 0.8～2.0 cm in Jiaxing Urban Expressway Loop Project(Phase Ⅰ)are summarized and introduced,and the laboratory test and field test are carried out.The results show that the technical indexes of the high-toughness ultra-thin wearing course meet the technical requirements,which prove that the technology has good pavement performance,and can be popularized and applied in various bridge deck pavement quality improvement,urban road expressway reconstruction and road preventive maintenance projects.
