西安市二环路是西安市主城区已建成快速路辐射线群的基础联络圈,伴随着西安市机动车保有量接近500万辆,最初建设时各种不明显的交通缺陷日益凸显,"因点致面"的交通延误状况常态化出现,已无法满足新时代下的通行需求.但是,现阶段直接对二环路进行整体提升改造,不仅投资大、工期长,而且对西安市城区交通影响较大.因此,基于二环路的交通功能定位,现阶段先对二环路部分拥堵点进行"小切口"改造,起到提升整体通行能力、缓解拥堵的效果.总体改造方案对梳理的11个交通拥堵点进行了改造分类,以拥堵点为例,分别分析了现状问题,并介绍了具体"小切口"改造方案.工程实施后,二环路整体通行能力提升了 4%~6%.可为受条件限制严重而导致彻底改造困难的早期建成快速路分期改造项目提供借鉴.
"Small Incision"Reconstruction Design Scheme of Ring Road Ⅱ in Xi'an City
Ring Road Ⅱ in Xi'an City is the basic contact circle of the radial line group of the built expressway in the main city of Xi'an City.With the number of vehicles in Xi'an City approaching five million,at the beginning of the construction of the expressway,various traffic defects that were not obvious become increasingly prominent.The traffic delay caused by"point-to-surface"has become normal and cannot meet the traffic demand in the new era.However,the overall upgrading and recon-struction of Ring Road Ⅱ at this stage has not only a large investment and a long construction period,but also a great impact on the urban traffic of Xi'an City.Therefore,based on the traffic function positioning of Ring Road Ⅱ,at this stage,the"small incision"reconstruction is carried out on the partial congestion points of Ring Road Ⅱ,which improves the overall traffic capacity and alleviate the congestion.The overall reconstruction scheme has the reconstruction classification on 11 traffic congestion points.Taking the congestion points as the example,the present problems are separately analyzed,and the"small incision"reconstruction scheme is introduced in detail.After the implementation of the project,the overall traffic capacity of Ring Road Ⅱ is improved by 4%~6%,which can be referred for the reconstruction by stages of the early built expressways severely restricted by the condition leading to the difficulty of thorough reconstruction.
