超长多跨预应力连续梁桥合龙方案优化设计

整体性好、行车舒适性高的超长多跨预应力连续梁桥越来越多地被工程采用,但其施工过程中往往面临多次体系转化,合龙方式、时间、顺序等则对施工与成桥阶段结构力学行为具有显著影响.针对超长多跨连续梁桥的合龙方案设计,以某全长864.98 m的超长多跨预应力连续梁桥的施工顺序选择开展研究,通过拟定7种不同方式的合龙顺序,利用有限元仿真分析各个施工阶段荷载与约束的转换,分析不同合龙方案下的成桥应力、挠度、支座位移等关键结构行为,比较评估合龙方案的优劣.研究结果表明,从"两侧向中间"的合龙顺序使得成桥的线型与应力变化较小,是最为合理的合龙方案制定原则.
Optimal Design of Closure Scheme for Ultra-long Multi-span Prestressed Continuous Girder Bridge
Ultra-long multi-span prestressed continuous girder bridge with good integrity and high driving comfort is increasingly used in engineering projects.However,this kind of bridge is often faced with multiple system transformations in the process of construction.The closure method,time and sequence have a significant influence on the structural mechanical behavior during the construction and completion of the bridge.In view of the closure scheme design of ultra-long multi-span continuous girder bridge,the selection of construction sequence of an ultra-long multi-span prestressed continuous girder bridge with a total length of 864.98 m is studied.By formulating 7 different closure sequences,the finite element is used to simulate and analyze the transformation of load and constraint at each construction stage.The key structural behaviors such as stress,deflection and support displacement of the finished bridge under different closure schemes are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of the closure scheme are compared and assessed.The research result shows that the closure sequence"from both sides to the middle"makes the alignment and stress changes of the finished bridge smaller,and is the most reasonable principle for formulating the closure scheme.
