摘要

基于广东省江门市一座在建跨江桥梁,利用监测技术,通过对顶推施工全过程各关键测点进行变形及应力监测,掌握钢箱梁、导梁的变形及应力变化情况,并结合MIDAS Civil有限元分析软件进行施工模拟,将实测值与模拟值进行对比,为钢箱梁顶推施工提供技术保障.结果表明:顶推过程中导梁与钢箱梁的竖向位移及应力的实测值与模拟值基本相符,变化处于合理范围内,确保了钢箱梁顶推施工时成桥线性及内力状态符合要求.

Abstract

Based on a cross-river bridge under construction in Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province,the deformation and stress at each key measuring point in the whole process of incremental launching construction are monitored to master the deformation and stress changes of steel box girder and nose girder.The construction simulation is carried out by MIDAS Civil finite element analysis software to compare the measured values and the simulated values,which provides the technical support for the incremental launching construction of steel box girder.The results show that the measured values of vertical displacement and stress of nose girder and steel box beam are basically consistent with the simulated values in the incremental launching process.The changes are within a reasonable range,which ensures that the alignment and internal force state of the finished bridge meet the requirements during the construction of steel box beam.
